let me share what happened to the Local civil registrar, Quezon city the time I was getting SIS her
Finality certification it took us one month before they released it. I made sure to request for 3 copies, I came there at almost 3pm. The paper was released on time but only to find out I only have 2 copies. Since Sis is waiting outside on her car I asked her to come inside and meet me so she would know what is happening. I asked the lady from lcr that it is lacking for one more copy which they did something about it but we waited for at least 45 mins.

The next step should be on Caloocan Civil Registrar.

Anullment Finality

I happened to know how to register an annullment finality because i been there. after the decision i waited for finality for the solicitor general and then registered my decision and finality to the Local civil registrar where i filed my petition, then to my lcr of marriage and finally to the national statistic office.

A lady ( we called each other SIS) emailed me and asking me if I can do the recording work for her since no one will be able to do that since it's not included on her package payment. I happily agreed its not about the monetary payment but helping her too. Instead of paying for more i just quoted her a reasonably price and 50 percent off.

I was doing it for more than 2 months now since the local civil registrar, Quezon City where she filed took a month before they can released a certification copy. Then another one week for the Caloocan civil registrar and finally I already submitted her copies at the National statistic office for annotation and we will just waited for 15 days before the released which is on May 21,2009
